Publish to your broker. Unlocks Home Assistant, Node-RED, wallboards, lights.
Where to get it
Your own MQTT broker — Mosquitto, EMQX, or the one inside Home Assistant.
Install / what you need
Self-host Mosquitto: `docker run -p 1883:1883 eclipse-mosquitto`. Or use your existing broker.
How to connect
- 1 Have an MQTT broker reachable on your LAN.
- 2 Open the dashboard's Notifications panel → Add destination → choose mqtt, fill in the broker host + topic prefix (+ TLS/creds).
- 3 Subscribe downstream (Home Assistant, Node-RED, a dashboard).
- 4 Hit Send test on the destination card and watch the topic.
When you'd use it
Drive the CYCON desk light via Home Assistant.
Feed Node-RED automations + wallboards.
Zigbee2MQTT / industrial mesh integration.
